Very happy just one minor would be after the car was done, it didn't smell the nicest inside. Very small improvement would be just a spray of something inside when I get in! I sound so OCD but some cheapy Lynx will do all adds to the experience!

I had excellent service from your service centre staff. However, and you lose points for this, I resent being repeatedly chased for feedback via text messages. Linking staff bonuses to aggressively chased feedback risks being counterproductive.

Had problems with the Mini App defaulting to an old defunct email address - this was resolved after purchase through a simple phone call. Given the reliance on digital signatures this made parts of the purchase cumbersome otherwise all good
