Car looked brand new when collected and I appreciated the update video during the service. Would have been helpful to have received a call earlier in the afternoon to say it was ready. We had to call ourselves to check which was inconvenient.

I had the car in for a service and had said on the check in that I would like a complimentary car vacuum/clean. But when I got the car back I was t sure it had been done at all. If it is offered please do it properly.
