Had problems with the Mini App defaulting to an old defunct email address - this was resolved after purchase through a simple phone call. Given the reliance on digital signatures this made parts of the purchase cumbersome otherwise all good

Spent a week trying to get through to you/receive an answer regarding a fault message. Told to recover the car to you, which could not be completed on the first attempt due to unanswered phones/then being too late. Issue with the vehicle health check
