The actual service was great but the admin surrounding it not so good. I was promised a quote before the service but never got one. I was booked in for the wrong service and I was promised an email regarding a service plan but nothing has arrived

Thtoughout the process of testing, considering options for purchase and collections Jordan Ramsey ensured we were well informed. Unlike previous car purchases there was no pressure, it felt like a very personal service.
