Smoothly handled by edward. Very happy with the car and please we've managed to stay in an EV mini despite being at the very end of the old architecture. Thanks to BMW Mini for making up the shortfall on old car finance and helping us into a new one

I felt looked after through the whole process, from test drive to delivery, by Jenny Harrison. She kept me up to date and answered all my questions. On delivery day everything was ready for me and Jenny and Kitty were really helpful through handover.

I am very happy with my new car. Excellent service from dealer, Jenny Harrison, at Mini Group 1 in Cambourne. She explained all options fully and gave me plenty of time to decide. I had an excellent tutorial from her when I collected the new car.
