I purchased my mini from your showroom in Bishops Stortford. At the time we were told that the Mini/BMW car showrooms were to be redeveloped. Instead they were closed down and having to travel to your Cambridge car showroom is not very convenient.

I was disappointed on arrival as it wasn't clear where to go. I received an email of a health check come through. No phone call to say my car was ready. Tried calling for an hour and no answer. I needed my car so went over.

Asked to come in for 8. Sat in car park for half an hour till they opened. Then had to go on the hunt as mini totally closed and found it was over at BMW. Also got a smirk when they double checked I wanted the fuel additive. I won't be coming back.

I had booked my MINI in a few weeks ago and explained I had some bumper damage then I was asked to submit a video which I did to get there on the day to be told that garage did not do body work. This is bad for customer experience

Generally poor customer service, felt as though I was lucky to be allowed to buy a car from you. Far too much paperwork, some documents had to be signed multiple times. Some documents presented for signature contained errors. Order process chaotic.

Recall work completed (replaced EGR valve). Booked in easily and quickly. The following day, ECU did not recognise EGR; able to book in for following two days to step through the recall work and coding and thoroughly road test vehicle afterwards.

largely satisfied but 2.5 to 3 hours is a long time to wait.Also, at some point the circular trim around one of the headlights was loosened and I wasn't told and drove away. It had to be removed and I needed to return to sort this the next day.

Car was booked in for a routine MoT at 2pm. I had assumed that the test would be undertaken at that time but I had to wait until around 4.15pm for it to be completed. If you give a time it would be good if that was accurate.

When I arrived over at the Mini showroom to have a replacement mirror under guarantee. It was explained where I needed to be, the Service advisor in the BMW (Matt I believe) was very clear and concise with the information he gave and kept me updated.

Thanks for the video. I'd appreciate a video of the steering column adjustment. I also noticed swirl marks after the wash. I can't prove they weren't there before, but it was disappointing. Thank you.

The car went in for four things: Service / MOT / Dashcam / Tyre check Service and MOT were completed fine. The rear camera for the dashcam was fitted in a position that obscured my rear vision. The new tyre cost was a surprise.
