Everything was done in a timely manner

Despite some tricky issues to navigate during our purchase process, which was no fault of the sales executive, we were kept up to date and always had good conversations before, during and after bringing the car home.

I was called the day before the service to check if I was still able to come. When I did arrive the receptionist (Sarah) made me feel very welcome and even enabled me to use a desk so I could carry on working whilst waiting for the service

Sarah the Administrator at reception realised I was not expecting an MOT failure despite alternative pre checks elsewhere. She treated me honestly and fairly, given the cost of getting my vehicle MOTs

Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to be helpful, especially when an unexpected repair became necessary which was resolved that same day brilliantly by Sarah on Service Reception, who kindly arranged lifts from Jennie and Jordan.

Everyone was so helpful offering drinks etc, was seen as soon as possible in the morning car booked in, received a video report on my car. Later received a call telling me my car was finished and going for a wash and hoover. 5 star service

It was great to be able to talk to Sarah on reception. She was extremely helpful when I phoned for clarity regarding the Safety/Health Check on my vehicle. She sourced a spare part that was required too.

Because of lack of attention - the tyre had a slow puncture, you replaced it, then did not reset the sensors, so when I drove off they came on - and can only reset once air put in - so had to return to the garage and wait another 20 mins. Sloppy.

It's not cheap, or easy to get to Cambourne, but the staff there are always pleasant to deal with, and they keep you informed on work in progress. Worth the hassle of traveling there.
