The service itself was very good and I was kept well informed. Collection was problematic and took ages. Although I arrived at 5.15pm, my vehicle's key had been put in a locker for the night and there seemed to be a lack of knowledgeable staff.

When I dropped off my car I was advised by Enterprise that Mini had not booked my courtesy car. This is despite someone from mini calling me the evening before to ask if Enterprise had been in contact and when I said no, the person was to follow up.

Easy smooth service. Prices and work communicated well. 4 stars not 5 - it can be misleading where to drop off, collect/pay for Mini. As a customer of many years, it is never consistent. Either BMW service desk or Mini across the forecourt.

Car was being MOT'd and serviced - no indication of costing etc till I went to pick up vehicle and very expensive - not the MOT but the service.

I was unable to get hold of the service department to ask follow up questions regarding my vehicle health check prior to picking up my vehicle. In addition, I was supposed to have a complementary wash and vacuum which did not appear to have happened.

I was told to ask for Mathew who was no where to be found. I was helped by a lady who was very good but Mathew didn't even come and find me in the 2 hrs that I was waiting. I went to find him in the end who was chatting to another member of staff.

I developed a puncture to my 2 offside tyres on the A10 on 28/4/26. This occurred at ~6pm and I was alone. The Mini breakdown team told me that as it was late they could not help and advised me to contact the police as I was on a busy road.

Tyre Change completed around 12 noon. Tried calling 3-4 times to confirm I could pick car up. No answer just on a loop. Very frustrating. Didn't get answer until after 4pm 4 hours after tyre had been changed. Car still not cleaned. Not happy
