Very friendly, helpful staff. Seemed to go above and beyond. Very knowledgeable. You should be very proud of staff, would highly recommend Cambourne/staff, especially charlotte (manager) & Jordan , sales .

Video was muted and I was informed my new car had two faults. Then I was informed only one covered by warranty! Then advised a quote snd date for parts fitting would be provided. No news at all.

The invoice had items on it, that I challenged and was given a reason why they were there but it wasn't very clear. I challenged it but had to call a few times to speak to someone about it

Great experience from start to finish. Nick at Group 1 Cambs was fantastic throughout. He was knowledgeable, honest and professional, and made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. He kept me informed throughout and handover was smooth.
